This website is operated by Patryk Zientek, music producer and mixing & mastering engineer. For any questions, you can reach me through the contact form.

2. Purpose of the site
This site is informational: it presents my professional profile, my production, recording, mixing and mastering services, and a selection of work. Information about services is indicative and is not a binding offer; every project is quoted individually.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:
- Attempt to access restricted areas, or damage, overload or disrupt the site.
- Introduce viruses or any malicious code.
- Use the form or contact details to send spam or unlawful content.
- Copy or reuse the site’s content without permission (see section 4).
4. Intellectual property
The texts, images, design, logos and other elements of this site are owned by Patryk Zientek or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written permission is prohibited.
The songs played on the site belong to their respective artists, songwriters and labels. Spotify, Pro Tools, Muso.ai, Instagram and any other brands mentioned are the property of their owners, and mentioning them does not imply any sponsorship.
5. Credits and showcased work
The credits, figures and rankings shown come from my verified Muso.ai profile and official releases, and reflect the information available on the date stated. Artist names are mentioned solely to describe work I have taken part in.
6. Hiring services
Contacting me does not create any obligation for either party. When we agree on a project, its specific conditions (fees, deliverables, number of revisions, deadlines, payment terms, credits and rights over the material) are set out in writing in a dedicated quote or agreement, which prevails over these terms.
If you send me material (stems, demos, lyrics), you confirm that you hold the rights needed to do so. I will treat it as confidential and use it only to assess or carry out the work.
7. Third-party links and content
The site includes a Spotify player and links to Instagram, Spotify and Muso.ai. I do not control those services and am not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Their use is governed by their own terms.
8. Liability
I work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but I do not guarantee it is error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to access, the site. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Changes
